Back and chest protector ready 


The Halvarssons “Furudal” chest protector can easily be inserted into the jacket’s dedicated protector partition, like a large chest pocket. Once the jacket is closed, the protector remains in place and completely invisible. The jacket also has an opening for a back protector.

Next generation of protection


Halvarssons has fitted the Torsby with thin, light weight and breathable level 2 protectors. New protectors can be found at the shoulders and elbows 

High abrasion resistant textile (HI-ART)
Halvarssons proprietary reinforcement material, HI-ART, is highly durable but soft and breathable and is used under the outer layer. HI-ART, in combination with a leather, is over 200% more abrasion resistant than the leather alone – a great way to keep safe on the road.

Triple stitching on exposed seams
Triple stitching is another way of contributing to the long life of Halvarssons’ leather products. In practice this means creating three parallel stitching lines on the most exposed parts of the jacket, creating stronger seams. 

Easy connection to pants
As with all Halvarssons’ jackets, the Torsby comes with a long connection zipper to pants. Connecting the jacket to pants results in a great fit and ensures that the garments stay in place in all situations.
